Ulton is delighted to announce that we have appointed Maree McLean as a Client Manager to our rapidly growing business services division. Maree’s appointment to Ulton follows a career as an associate director at Moore Australia and preceding that as a principal of DKM Group. Maree’s appointment is coupled with the exciting announcement that her team will also be co-joining her in the Ulton office in Brisbane.
Maree is a distinguished advisor and has been responsible for the provision of tax and business advisory services in the areas of restructuring, new business structures, corporate taxation, cash management, business development and specialised taxation engagements.
Maree's appointment aligns with Ulton's vision for the future and our expanding business operation, which included the merger with one of Brisbane’s long-established Chartered Accounting and Business Advisory firms, Hogg Lawson earlier this year.
