Trainees and graduates: what’s the difference?

Trainees

Trainees are current university students or enrolled in a CA foundations or fundamentals course, who work part-time with us while completing their degree. Our trainee program is designed to help you earn while you learn and complement your academic learning with practical experience. Upon graduation, most trainees transition into a full-time accountant role with us.

Graduates

Full-time positions, graduate roles are offered to ambitious individuals who have recently earned their qualification in accounting (or another related field). As a graduate, you’ll take on real responsibility—working closely with experienced team members, gaining insight into different areas of the firm, and building your skills.

Continuous development is a part of our culture. Trainees and graduates take part in regular training and masterclass sessions, led by internal specialists and guest presenters. Throughout your journey, you’ll be encouraged to stay curious and take on the many opportunities you’ll have to hone your skills.
