Janelle loves joining the dots. A natural connector, she enjoys seeing the patterns emerge in a client’s numbers and always knows someone, who knows someone that can help (when needed). Loyal, honest and down-to-earth, she prides herself on being able to organise her clients so they’re able to understand what’s happening and to talk with them, on a level they can understand. In short, she’s a dependable, committed contributor that reshapes and rebuilds her clients’ financial future.
Being a lifelong learner, Janelle also relishes the challenge of new projects and the problems they often present. She’ll dig down and put the groundwork in place – using whatever tools, software and models needed – and reconstruct things so they’re simple, clear and productive. Clients come to trust and rely on her expertise and service and typically, new clients come through referrals across her lifelong network of Fraser Coast community and business contacts. In turn, she frequently gives back, through volunteer and community work, as well as numerous not-for-profit endeavours.
“I find it’s really rewarding working with clients and being able to reorganise their finances so they’re able to not only understand what’s happening, but also plan for the future and achieve their goals. That’s really satisfying."
Since joining Ulton in 1988, Janelle has become an anchor point within our Fraser Coast clientele. She became a Partner in the Fraser Coast team in 2006, where she specialises in the fields of business development, innovative financial strategies, wealth creation planning, restructuring IT, superannuation planning and risk management. Her strongest suit however, lays within the building and construction industries, where her experience has aided many companies during both troubled and prosperous times.
