Jamie Rach CA

Jamie commenced with the firm in 1992 while he was studying part-time towards a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) degree. He graduated in 2000 after being promoted to a Manager in the Business Services division in 1999. In 2003, Jamie completed the CA Program and became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand. After twelve years with the firm Jamie was promoted to Partner in 2004. Jamie oversees the running of the Business Services division teams within the Bundaberg office.

Jamie specialises in small business and taxation advice as well as management accounting. He has had particular experience in the citrus industry and has a firm understanding of the challenges this sector has faced over the past 20 years. Jamie is also responsible for a large number of clients in the Central Queensland and Burnett Hinterland regions.

Jamie enjoys playing hockey and golf and has represented Queensland in hockey. His career highlight is becoming a CA and he understands the satisfaction in working towards your goal. Seeing people financially organised and assisting clients in small business about the complex accounting system is what professionally and personally motivates Jamie in his career.
