Christine Guy Manager, Human Resources Consulting Christine has over 20 years' human resource management experience, gained from working with leading national and international professional services firms. Christine joined Ulton in 2016 to care take Human Resources at Ulton while our HR Manager was on parental leave. 

Given Christine’s background managing all aspects of people and performance, her expertise was quickly called upon by our clients. Subsequently, upon completion of her contract, Christine was invited to continue with Ulton on a permanent basis and to formally head up our HR Consulting Services. 

Christine has a comprehensive understanding of industrial relations, employment law, risk management and the need to work within operational and budget funding parameters. She has developed and implemented strategic human resource frameworks, developed and implemented ‘best practise’ workplace policies and procedures, conducted recruitment campaigns and developed and implemented performance management frameworks for a range of small and medium-sized businesses.

Christine resides in Bundaberg and consults throughout Queensland. Christine is passionate about delivering ‘best practise’ human resource and quality management solutions for SMEs. As a dedicated qualified HR Consultant, Christine’s experience and comprehensive knowledge of human resource functions, management, legislative and regulatory requirements can provide your business with the right advice and support when needed.
