The History and Meaning of Ulton

Ulton has been serving clients since 1925 under various names, which have been based around ownership structures. With Ulton, the aim is to establish a new name, a unique image and be able to protect that by trademark.

Ulton is derived from the two words "Ultimate" and "On", meaning:

ultimate adj. highest or most significant

on adv. with continued movement or action

These two words are combined to form the word Ulton, meaning:

Ulton a company that is focused on results for clients with a vision of working with them to create the "highest or most significant" solutions for them and their businesses combined with continuous guidance through "movement and action".

In simple terms, this means that we exist to help you grow your business and personal wealth through personalised solutions.

The Ulton brand with its fully integrated image is exciting and will take us as a fully committed Accounting Practice, Business Solutions and Financial Services provider right to the cutting edge of the worlds best practice business principles.

Chartered Accountants are university graduates who, after completing their degree, are required to pass an extensive postgraduate program (the CA Program) and also complete a 3 year period of approved practical experience mentored by a Chartered Accountant.  To then retain their Chartered Accountant designation members must complete Continuing Professional Education (CPE) of 120 hours in a triennium.
